Price includes set up & tear down by the Baker crew. A carry fee may apply if needed. Delivery in the Grand Rapids area is an additional $120.00. Staging must be placed on a flat surface.

Steve Baker started Baker Tent Rental in 1972, working out of his garage with one tent. Today, he has hundreds of tents of all shapes, sizes and colors. Steve continues to work on site, making sure that quality and safety are top priority at all events.
Bryan Karsies, our Operations Manager, has been with our company since 2005. Bryan oversees our crews to make sure all installations are according to industry standards. In our off season, he attends various tent shows, taking classes to stay current on the latest developments in the rental industry.
