Canopy color options include Green/White (G/W), Blue/White (B/W), Red/White (R/W) and solid white. *See colors listed after each size for particular availability. Our canopies have 7′ side poles. Sides are not included in canopy rentals but are available, see the side curtains and tent accessories page for prices.
The grids show the maximum capacity of each size. The tables are not included in the canopy rental price listed. They are for information purposes only. These quantities (either banquets or rounds but not both) are the maximum of what will fit comfortably not leaving room for anything else. Please keep this in mind when determining what size canopy you will need.
The prices listed are based off of customer pick up & return as well as customer set up & tear down. This is the most cost efficient option. If you prefer to do less labor yourself, you can add delivery in the city of Grand Rapids for $120.00. (Call for other delivery locations.) Labor for the set up & tear down of the canopy by Baker Tent Rental’s crew can also be added for an additional $100 per canopy. (Canopies must be staked into the grass, dirt or black top.)

Steve Baker started Baker Tent Rental in 1972, working out of his garage with one tent. Today, he has hundreds of tents of all shapes, sizes and colors. Steve continues to work on site, making sure that quality and safety are top priority at all events.
Bryan Karsies, our Operations Manager, has been with our company since 2005. Bryan oversees our crews to make sure all installations are according to industry standards. In our off season, he attends various tent shows, taking classes to stay current on the latest developments in the rental industry.
