We kindly request a minimum of 2 weeks notice for linen orders to ensure availability. Please keep in mind that all linens are pressed in house per order to ensure a fresh and wrinkle free product. Processing time varies per order. Any orders placed 3 days or less prior to the “Due Out” date on your rental contract will incur a rush processing fee.

These press lines are very common in the event rental industry and can not be ironed out. Dye lot variations may occur. Steve Baker started Baker Tent Rental in 1972, working out of his garage with one tent. Today, he has hundreds of tents of all shapes, sizes and colors. Steve continues to work on site, making sure that quality and safety are top priority at all events.
Bryan Karsies, our Operations Manager, has been with our company since 2005. Bryan oversees our crews to make sure all installations are according to industry standards. In our off season, he attends various tent shows, taking classes to stay current on the latest developments in the rental industry.
